Bags packed. Work finished. Neighbours organised. Camera batteries charged. Dave ensconsed comfortably in backpack. A flurried whirlwind of activity on the world's largest to-do list and frantic 2am dreams about things I've forgotten and now I'm ready for my Grand Tour of south-east Asia.
